Not much being done here in this section, so I figured I ought to do something more for the forum. Hurray! Here's some duels with Scraps.


A Ruling You Ought to Know: This part of Debris Dragon's text - "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. The other Synchro Material Monster(s) cannot be Level 4" is not an effect. Rather, it is a condition, and thus cannot be negated by the likes of Skill Drain, Effect Veiler, and other effect negating cards.

Because of this, my first opponent was unable to sync Debris with Quillbolt for Brionac, even after I dropped Veiler on that ass.
